Upon leaving USF he joined Nations Ford Community Church in Charlotte, NC where he served as a Deacon under the leadership of Dr. Phillip Davis, Founder and Sr. Pastor.

Prior to accepting God’s call to preach the Gospel, Pastor Anthony co-founded a street outreach evangelism ministry whose mission was to share the love of Jesus Christ with inner city men in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, NC.  To the glory of God, the lives of many men both young and old were transformed by the power of God’s word.  Pastor Anthony is currently the Youth Pastor of Generation 13/18, a dynamic teen ministry connected with Faith Outreach Christian Life Center in Hephzibah, GA where Dr. Richard B. Peoples is the Founder and Sr. Pastor.  Pastor Anthony was both licensed and ordained to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ under the leadership of Dr. Richard B. Peoples. 

Corporately, Pastor Anthony began his career working for Bank of America as an auditor and after 5 years of service in the banking industry he transitioned to sales by accepting a position with Kraft Foods.  Presently, Pastor Anthony holds an executive sales position with a major pharmaceutical company.

Pastor Anthony is married to Minister Renee Williams and they have one son, Jonathan Salvador Williams. Both Pastor Anthony and Renee are the founders of ADW Ministries, Inc. and The Fulfilled Promises Broadcast. The Fulfilled Promises Broadcast is a weekly radio program that airs in North and South Carolina on the WordNet Christian Radio network and online at www.WordNet.org.  Pastor Anthony is a man of vision, faith, and integrity.  He has a deep passion to see people’s lives transformed by the power of God’s word.  Both he and his wife have dedicated the past 12 years to ministering and building up strong families, particularly married couples and youth.  Pastor Anthony continues to fulfill his purpose and destiny everyday by being a light and witness to the world of God’s love and grace.

Minister Williams graduated from West Charlotte High School and went on to pursue her undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina of Charlotte and received her Masters of Special Education from Augusta State University in Georgia.  She worked for 8 years as a case manager with people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and for two years in the Army Community Service working with families of deployed soldiers. She presently serves as an interrelated resource special education teacher at a local elementary school.

Minister Williams has a heart for children, youth and seeing the restoration of broken marriages.  She enjoys teaching not only in the school system but imparting the word of God on a practical manner so that it can be applied to everyone’s everyday life.  She considers her most important role is to be a supportive wife to Pastor Anthony and a nurturing mother to their son, Jonathan.  She believes she should support her husband as he pursues the call that God has placed on his life and raise Jonathan to understand that God has given him purpose and destiny.

Minister Jwantina Renee Wallace Williams a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, has been married to Pastor Anthony D, Williams since 1995. She has been with him as he has matriculated through ministry and has joined him in the development of ADW ministries and the Fulfilled Promises Broadcast. She currently serves with him under the direction of Bishop Richard Peoples as Youth Pastor of Generation 13/18 a teen ministry at Faith Outreach Christian Life Center, and as co-facilitator and advisor for the Marriage Enrichment Team.
